Girl, this is wonderful. I connect with these ideas of staying grounded. Watching the NBC Repub. debate…trying to breathe through it.

These two “Staying Grounded” posts are excellent, Carla… very thought provoking and wise.

I’ve come to realize that I can’t control many of the things that go on in the world but I can make a difference to those close by. I personally try to stay grounded by assisting and helping the people and situations that I can… family, neighbors and friends. As you said, we are all connected and I’d like to believe that the small efforts we do ripples out far beyond our closest circles.
